Terms and Conditions of Flat Fee Contract Review

1. Service Description: The Flat Fee Contract Review Service (“Service”) offered by Melissa H. Gray, PLLC d/b/a The Law Spot (“Firm”) includes a comprehensive review of a single contract up to 15 pages. The service fee is $395.00, payable in advance. This service is intended to provide legal review and analysis of the contract and does not include negotiation services or legal advice beyond the scope of the review.
2. Scope of Service: The Service includes:

• One (1) scheduled phone call, not to exceed 30 minutes.
• Review of the provided contract.
• Written summary of potential legal issues and areas of concern and proposed edits.

3. Limitations:

• This Service does not include redrafting any part of the contract after the initial edits are provided.
• The Service does not cover contracts exceeding 15 pages. Contracts exceeding this length will be subject to additional fees.
• The Service is limited to contracts governed by Florida and Texas law.

4. Client Responsibilities:

• The client is responsible for providing the contract in a timely manner and disclosing all relevant information.
• The client must inform the Firm of any specific concerns or areas for focus in the contract review.

5. Confidentiality: All information provided by the client will be kept confidential and will only be used for the purpose of this contract review.
6. No Attorney-Client Relationship: Engagement of this Service does not establish an attorney-client relationship beyond the scope of the contract review.
7. Limitation of Liability: The Firm’s liability in connection with this Service is limited to the fee paid for the Service.
8. Cancellation Policy: If the client chooses to cancel the Service before the contract review has commenced, a full refund will be provided. Once the review has begun, the fee is non-refundable.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Texas.
10. Agreement to Terms: By scheduling this Service, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
